  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green chilies, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
