  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
