  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon bites for about 23 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
