  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or rotini)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add seasoned steak bites and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; saut until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream; simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet; toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
