  5. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries carefully.
  7. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead briefly to remove stickiness.
  8. Shape into a round loaf on the baking sheet and cut an 'X' on top.
  9. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
