  • 4 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • Refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan. Par-bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Simmer cranberries with orange juice until they burst. Puree and strain to measure two cups.
  4. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, egg yolks, cranberry puree, and orange zest until combined.
  5. Pour filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is slightly wobbly.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for two hours, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
