  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 12 ounces bowtie or rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 8.75 ounces canned corn (drained)
  • 15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • red onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef mixed with taco seasoning and black beans until heated through; let cool.
  3. Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy; crumble into pieces.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, beef mixture, bacon, corn, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, onion, and bell pepper.
