12 oz linguine pasta
6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Make the Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, salt, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice/zest.
Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken into pieces and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear the Chicken: In a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, sear the chicken for about four minutes.
