  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cups whole milk
  • cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip pork chops in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  4. Add oil and butter to the skillet; fry pork chops for 45 minutes per side until golden brown.
