  • 1 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • cup cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (minced)
  • ? cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.
