  • 1/2 pound shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetables: In a large soup pot, melt butter and add shredded carrot, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, and salt. Cook on medium-low heat until the carrots are soft.
  2. Blend broth: In a blender, pulse chicken broth and cilantro until smooth. Pour into the soup pot and stir well.
