  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil water in a large pot, add the lo mein noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
