  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
  • 1 rib celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions in salted water. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine half of the dressing with the cooled pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. When ready to serve, add remaining dressing and toss again.
