  • cup of shaved parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1 can anchovies in olive oil
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 small garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Grey Poupon Country Style Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
