  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Sliced avocado
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (from 1 lime)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • Extra lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, smoked paprika, lime juice, olive oil, butter, honey, and shrimp. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 34 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice to create the creamy slaw.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with slaw, shrimp, and sliced avocado.
  5. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
