  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Drizzle olive oil in a 913 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden brown.
