  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 oz Kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil and seasonings

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some cooking water.
