  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar or powdered sugar
  • Chai spice blend (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, allspice)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all spices; set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and SunButter. Microwave for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour Rice Chex into a large bowl and add melted mixture; gently stir until coated.
  4. Combine spice mix with sugar in another bowl and pour over the coated cereal. Toss until evenly covered.
  5. Spread mixture onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
