  • 1/2 tsp squid ink
  • 4 oz button mushrooms
  • 1 cup jarred pesto sauce
  • Green Pesto Gouda cheese
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, garlic powder, salt, and yeast. Mix in olive oil and squid ink. Gradually add warm water until dough forms.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise for about an hour.
  3. Shape dough into flat rounds and place on a baking sheet. Top with pesto sauce and sauted mushroom skulls.
  4. Bake at 475F (245C) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
