  • 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • Fresh thyme leaves (6-8 sprigs)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for electric non-fan ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute blue cheese, Parmesan, walnuts, thyme, salt, and pepper on the pastry.
  4. Roll up each sheet tightly and cut into halves lengthwise.
  5. Twist each piece into a coil shape on baking paper.
  6. Brush with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
