  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • cup chicken broth (or white wine)
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions
