  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars using an electric mixer until well combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Mash bananas in a separate bowl and fold them into the batter.
  5. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; gently mix into the batter until just combined.
