  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling after baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the nut mixture made of 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup pistachios, and 1/4 cup almonds mixed with spices.
  6. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 1820 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
