Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Gently fold in nuts and spices.
  6. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 1820 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
