  • 1 cups brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  2. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt; gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
