  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
