  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/450g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and honey (optional) to create the marinade.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and coat with the marinade.
  4. Cook chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While chicken cooks, season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to air fryer during the last 8-10 minutes of cooking.
  6. Let chicken rest before slicing and serve alongside Brussels sprouts.
