  • 12 lb center cut salmon filets (skin removed and cut into approx. 1 inch pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (tamari for gluten free)
  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp pepper
  • tsp sea salt
  • c mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • – 1 Tbsp sriracha (vary to desired spice level)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss with salmon to coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400F. Add salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 7-10 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
  4. While cooking, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in another bowl for the Bang Bang Sauce.
  5. Let salmon rest for 3-5 minutes before serving with the sauce.
