  • 1 ½ lb white fish (tilapia, mahi mahi, or cod)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • c cole slaw mix
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • c chopped cilantro
  • ½ tsp sugar (optional)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked pepper
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Extra lime juice

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Mix all spices together in a bowl.
  2. Pat the fish dry and brush with olive oil. Generously coat with spice rub.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook fish for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  4. While cooking, toss slaw ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. Once cooked, cut the fish into pieces and place in warmed tortillas topped with slaw.
