  • 1 head of cauliflower (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 3 tbsp Franks RedHot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by washing and cutting it into small florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Franks RedHot Sauce, melted butter, kosher salt, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Toss the cauliflower florets until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400F (200C). Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While cooking, mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce until smooth.
  5. Serve the air-fried buffalo cauliflower warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
