  • 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper (chopped)
  • 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp in 1 cup of lime juice with salt for about 15 minutes until opaque.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together white vinegar, reserved lime juice, jugo maggi, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, and serrano pepper.
  3. Drain excess lime juice from the shrimp and mix in the marinade along with sliced red onion.
  4. Fold in cucumber slices and garnish with radishes and additional peppers.
  5. Serve immediately on chilled plates, garnished with chopped cilantro.
