- 1 package (3 oz) Blue Vegan Gelatin (Berry Blue flavor)
- 1 envelope Unflavored Vegan Gelatin
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 package (3 oz) Red Vegan Gelatin (Cherry flavor)
- Maraschino cherries (drained)
Instructions
- Prepare tall shot glasses or clear cups.
- For the blue layer, dissolve Berry Blue gelatin in boiling water and cool slightly before filling cups 1/3 full. Refrigerate until set.
- For the white layer, combine unflavored gelatin with milk, heat remaining milk with sugar until dissolved, mix, cool slightly, then fill cups another 1/3 full and refrigerate.
- For the red layer, dissolve Cherry gelatin in boiling water and cool slightly. Place a maraschino cherry on top of each cup and fill with red gelatin until full. Refrigerate until completely set.
