Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Slice the chicken into slider-sized pieces. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip it into the egg wash, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing cooked chicken on slider buns and drizzle with sauce. Add lettuce or any desired toppings.
