  • 4 large Fuji apples (cored and diced)
  • 2 pomegranates (arils removed)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 vanilla bean (split and seeds scraped)

Instructions
