  • 30g caster sugar
  • 2 heaped teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • Vegan caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash, peel, core, and slice the apples thinly; mix with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles, place apple mixture in the center, fold over, and seal edges.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk.
