  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips and spread into the baking dish.
  3. Bake for 18–23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  4. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled brownies.
  5. Crush cookies in a food processor, mix with strawberry syrup, and sprinkle over frosted brownies.
  6. Cut into squares and serve!
