  • 8 ounces cooked noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by slicing beef and vegetables.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook beef until browned (3–5 minutes); set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic and onion in the same skillet until fragrant (2–3 minutes).
  5. Add red bell pepper; cook until slightly tender (2–3 minutes).
  6. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  7. Pour sauce into the skillet; combine with vegetables.
  8. Return beef to skillet; toss to coat in sauce.
  9. Add cooked noodles; mix well to coat.
  10. Heat through for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  11. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
