  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the pears; cut in half lengthwise and remove the core.
  3. Place pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
