  • 2 cups baby salad greens
  • 2 fresh peaches (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cups mixed berries (cherries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • 8 oz. burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup roasted pistachios
  • Balsamic glaze and olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Arrange salad greens on a large platter.
  2. Slice peaches thinly and fan them out over the greens.
  3. Pit cherries, slice in half, and scatter along with blackberries and halved strawberries on the platter.
  4. Sprinkle thinly sliced red onions and fresh basil leaves over the top.
  5. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad.
  6. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Serve immediately by gently tearing open the burrata.
