  • 1 3.4 oz/96g box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 ½ cups (266ml) nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25 Golden Oreos (or another vanilla flavored cookie/graham cracker)
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 ounces (510g) Cool Whip Topping
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced and patted dry)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding, milk, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  2. Crush Golden Oreos in a Ziplock bag using a rolling pin until fine. Reserve ½ cup for topping. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Fold half of the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture, then layer it over the crust. Add sliced strawberries on top, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  4. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
