  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove silver skin from pork and pat dry.
  3. Combine dry rub ingredients: oregano, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub mixture all over the tenderloin.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear pork on all sides until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes each side).
  6. Whisk together sauce ingredients: beef broth, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic; add to skillet after removing pork.
  7. Place seared pork in an oven-safe dish and pour sauce over it; roast for 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
