Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened; add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks (about 7-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and reduce heat to low. Mix in softened cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish; layer sliced provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
