  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  5. While cookies cool, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar if desired for sweetness.
  6. Frost each cooled cookie with cream cheese frosting and top with an assortment of fresh fruits.
