  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and 1 tsp black pepper; cook until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in honey and remaining black pepper; simmer until thickened (2–3 minutes). Return chicken to skillet and toss with glaze.
  4. In a saucepan, simmer heavy cream over low heat; whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni and cheese sauce; fold in honey pepper chicken mixture.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
