  • 3 green onions, sliced (green and white parts)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • Italian herbs
  • smoked paprika

Instructions

  4. Add carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
