  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) instant ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, combine 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic over medium heat. Cook until garlic turns light golden.
  2. Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper; bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid evaporates.
  4. Remove from heat, then stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter and chopped parsley.
