  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in half of the mixed berries and diced peaches into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with remaining berries and peach slices.
