  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
