  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 flour tortillas

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat and drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and fill each one with about two tablespoons of the meat mixture and a sprinkle of cheese.
