Baked Artichoke Hearts are a delightful and easy-to-make dish that transforms tender artichokes into a savory, crowd-pleasing appetizer or side. This recipe features artichoke hearts combined with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a crunchy breadcrumb topping, all baked to golden perfection.

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix drained artichoke hearts with garlic powder and half of the Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs with olive oil and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  4. Transfer the artichoke mixture to the greased baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
